How to deliver?
We process all deliveries through our in house delivery team and reputed 3rd party logistic support.
What will be the delivery charge?
Within Dhaka city, delivery charge is BDT 80 and outside Dhaka city it is BDT 170.
In what ways customer will be able to pay?
For some products depending on size and price we may ask for full or partial advance payment.
Customer can pay advance through SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway by the following methods:
• Mobile Banking
• Net Banking
• Credit and Debit Card
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually match and ship the items with inside or nearby Dhaka city the product delivery will take 2-3 calendar days, however delivery might take in case of outside Dhaka city 5-7 days, all depending on the customized delivery time based on the delivery location and courier's service in that area. It may vary due to Political/Natural disturbances in the country. If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unexpected time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary?
It all depends on our internal procedure that delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the brands/manufacturers etc.
Is there any hidden charges?
We want to ensure you that there are no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive.
Does Dr. Lucky Healthcare deliver internationally?
Dr. Lucky Healthcare doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Bangladesh.
